Guests can easily transition between the barn and the lawn to enjoy each part of the celebration.

The estate house accommodates up to 22 people across six bedrooms, allowing your party to extend into a weekend stay. It features a chef’s kitchen, a private suite for getting ready, and multiple living rooms for downtime. Between swimming in the seasonal pool, enjoying games on the lawn, and relaxing by the fire pit, the weekend unfolds effortlessly.

Whitney Farm Estate is designed with thoughtful details that make your event come together smoothly. Tables, chairs, and ceremony benches are included, allowing you to set up with ease. For larger gatherings with more than 70 guests, we recommend adding additional restrooms to ensure comfort. The parking lot can accommodate up to 80 cars, making it convenient for both local and out-of-town guests.

You have the flexibility to work with outside caterers or choose from our preferred vendors. Licensed caterers can serve full bars, and we encourage you to create menus that highlight Maine’s local flavors.
