At the heart of Whitney Farm Estate is our renovated 3,200 sq. ft. barn, featuring original beams and modern amenities. This versatile space comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests. The barn offers multiple event setups for dining, dancing, or cocktail hours. With dimmable sconces, chandeliers, and bistro lighting, you can easily adjust the ambiance to suit your celebration.

For outdoor ceremonies, we offer several locations on the estate, from open fields to intimate lawn areas, each with views of the nearby mountains. You can choose between the expansive fields or the more intimate lawn spaces for your ceremony. For larger events, you can add a tent for extra space, offering more flexibility for your celebration.

Whitney Farm Estate is designed to bring your vision to life. The barn includes a 42' x 10' deck, ideal for cocktails or mingling with guests. Our expansive fields also provide plenty of space for a tented reception or ceremony under the sky.

We offer a variety of furnishings to ensure your guests’ comfort. Your rental includes 20 large banquet tables, 6 round tables, and over 200 chairs. For a personalized touch, you can also request custom farm tables or explore upgraded rental options to fit your design vision.

What’s Included and What to Plan

When you book with us, you gain access to more than just the barn. The estate house, which sleeps up to 22 guests with 6 private bedrooms and 3.5 baths, is yours for the weekend. Choose from a Thursday-to-Sunday or Friday-to-Monday rental, giving you plenty of time to prepare and relax before the big day. The estate house features a chef’s kitchen, a private bridal suite for getting ready, and a hidden speakeasy lounge for your guests to unwind in.

Your rental includes tables, chairs, and seating for your ceremony and reception. Additional restrooms will be required for events with more than 70 guests. There’s ample on-site parking for up to 80 cars, so your guests won’t need to worry about parking.

Megan will guide you through every step of the planning process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We require a professional planner or day-of coordinator. While we offer a preferred vendor list, you can also bring your own licensed caterers and bar services with prior approval.
